This course will teach students to examine the processes for generating a positive organizational climate needed to develop and receive approval on policy issues. The students will develop specific strategies to obtain voter approval and to develop a basic understanding of conflict resolutions. Students will understand the role, relationships and responsibilities of the organizational hierarchy of authority as it relates to politics and policy development.
